Pnytagoras
The Engomi neighborhood in Nicosia is a centrally located upscale residential area. Simpraxis architects were commissioned to design a low rise building for eight apartments and they in turn requested a brochure to market the building. All the apartments were duplexes with entrances on alternating floors so the brochure devoted a number of pages to describe the “complex” spatial relationships of each apartment.
