… the fourth in a series of books on poetry, art, theater and “music”. Inspired by everyday observations and his cypriot background Christos Romanos’ writings and creations connect greek mythology with recent scientific theories, philosophy with literature, theater with music, folklore with contemporary life. As with all books in the series, the author “weaves” together, seemingly, disparate things that are of interest to him.

The first section is a collection of assemblages that were created between 2014 and 2016, with wood as the main material of choice. A selection of musical pieces is suggested to accompany each artwork.

The second, and main, section is devoted to 79 poems. The poems are an attempt to get to the essence of the author’s interests in the most minimal and straight forward way, discarding on the way all unnecessary embellishments and complications.

The third section is a theatrical play bringing together Pirandello’s Six Characters in Search of an Author and Plato’s Republic.
